What information is needed?
Dates, group size, ages, ability and preferred language. The price and meeting point are confirmed before booking.
Are lift passes and equipment included?
Arrange them separately unless your confirmed offer says otherwise. For off-piste skiing, check safety equipment with the instructor.
Can we ski as a group?
Yes, with compatible levels and goals. Tell us who is in your group.
Is priority access guaranteed?
It depends on the lesson and lifts. Confirm the conditions; priority access does not guarantee there will be no wait.
